He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ruthman; and his grandchild Jayden. He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Gadd (Brian) and Amy Pegram (Joe); his grandchildren, Chase, Mason and Gracie; and his siblings, Kay, Anita, Thomas and Jerry.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239).
