He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Donna Klosterman (Allard); his children, Tamre Spegal, Jack Jr. (Joyce), Michael (Heather) and Kellie Koch (Tod); and his family C. H..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
