He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise Book; his daughter Maria; his grandchildren, Heather (Justin), Ian, Mayci and Breelyn; and his great grandchild Quintin.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa, John (Jami), Tom and Bill (Jiennie); and his brother Robert Book (JoAnn).
