Though Herbert Allen may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Joan "Joanie" Minniear Proctor; his mother Marlene Faye Henline; his sister Deborah Louise Hover; and his father Herbert "Allen" Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Goss Proctor; his children, Steven Proctor and Amanda Goss; and his sister Wendy L. Proctor (Danny). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beacon Church (6384 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
