Spitznagel (Cincinnati, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 28, 2024 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur R. Spitznagel; and her siblings, Florence Heintschel, Charles and Richard Miller. She is survived by: her children, Tina Scruggs (Keith), Tim Spitznagel (Linda), Dennis Spitznagel (Diane), Doug Spitznagel (Debbie) and Dan Spitznagel; her grandchildren, Ben, Jennifer (Matt), James, Dennis, Jr. (Jennifer), Anthony (Mariah), Andrew, Sarah (Hollis), Liz, Rob (Shasta) and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Charley, Destinee, Donovyn, Griffin, Juliette, Landen, Lillian, Lucas, Luna, Macy, Olivia, Owen, Paxton, Rosalind, Simon, Trinity and Troy.
