It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Jane Scott of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 6, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Timothy James Scott; her children, Missi Peters and Heather Gruneisen; her grandchildren, Amanda Absher, Cody Peters (Chelsea), Ava Gruneisen and Maggie Gruneisen; her great grandchildren, Zeppelin Absher, Hunter Day, Riley Peters and Noah Peters; her sisters, Mary Bates (Henry T.), Joyce Medved (Thomas) and Pearl Medved (David); her close friend Sue Kurtz; her mother Mary Garton; and her siblings, William Garton (Alma), Jack Garton (Ann), Carolyn Dixon (Gerald), Nancy Bates (Bill), Francis Gehrt (Clifford) and Richard Garton. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
