With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Geraldine Ransom (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Leslie Ransom; her son Charles Kendall "Kenny" Ransom; her parents, James V. Castle and Nettie Cora Castle; and her sibling Lenvil Castle (Sharon).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Charles Robert, Michael William, Steven Andrew and Constance Patricia Ransom; her great grandchild Charles Michael "Charlie" Ransom; and her siblings, Willie Castle (Sue), Carrie Breeding (late James), Eddie Joe Castle (late Sydney) and Patricia Whitt (late Scotty). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home- Springdale (11365 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
