He was predeceased by: his former wife Mary Ann Wainscott (Stucker); and his mother Mary Louise Romans (Rogers). He is survived by: his fiancée Nicole Whipple; his father Gary Wainscott (Regina); his stepfather Scott Romans; his stepchildren, Michael Zeiser (Lori Fox) and Sarah Petersen (Chris McIntosh); his brother Greg Wainscott; his grandchildren, Elaine Zeiser, Martin Zeiser and Ella Petersen; and also Jackie Leach. He is also survived by his loving aunts and uncles, in-laws, cousins, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes - Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Spring Grove Blue Spruce Chapel (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).
