She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Katulka and Gregory Katulka; and her siblings, Robert Katulka and Kathleen Lamberti. She is survived by: her significant other Garry Haff; her children, Jamie Holleran (Adam) and Vincent Consola Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Jake Holleran, Vincent Consola III, Samantha Holleran and Sofia Consola; her stepchildren, Lorelle McClure and Lindsey Hamilton (Dustin); and her stepgrandchildren, George Walter Haff, Ariana Rivera, Alicia Rivera, Maci Hamilton and Mason Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar T. P. White & Sons Funeral Home (2050 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society (donate HERE (https://donate.cancer.org)) in honor of her being a 2-time cancer survivor.
