He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Siska and Ida Siska; his son Frederick Siska, Jr.; and his siblings, Herbert Siska, Lillian White, Norbert Siska and Ervin Siska.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Siska; his children, Melody Siska, Matthew Siska (Gina) and Kelly Imholte (Nick); his grandchildren, Cameron Siska, Olivia McGuire, Kaiden Pate and Lillian Imholte; and his siblings, Edelgard Schilling (John) and Werner Siska (Janet). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
