He is survived by: his wife Ellie Davis Nelson; his children, Robert H. Nelson and Marti Fraley (Mark); his grandchildren, Nina Fraley, Jillian Fraley and Sean Fraley; and his sister Greta Whealy of Arizona. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
