He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Otilia Yanes Fernandez; his children, Dr. Otilia Fernandez (Thomas Perrino), Dr. Adelaida Fernandez (David Montag) and Emilio Thomas Fernandez (Susan Kelley); his grandchildren, Dr. Carmen Perrino (Albert Kim), Lourdes Perrino (Nate Burke), Carolina Perrino Schram (Nick Schram), Nicolas (Jess Pembroke), Elena Montag, Roberto, Isabela and Mateo Fernandez; his great grandchildren, Rafael, Luca Kim, Inez and Selena Burke; and his mother Havana.
