It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elder Otis Tolbert Jr. (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Greater Emanuel Apostolic Church (1150 Galbraith Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
