He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Myrl; and his sister Carolyn Brennan (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Huguette; his sons, Matthew Magner (Cecile) and Mark Magner (Beth); his grandchildren, Alexandra Buchanan (Robert), Mark Magner (Kristin), Tony Magner (Jillian), Matthew Magner (Michelle) and Marie Magner; and his sisters, Claudette Harrer (Charles) and Kathryn Zizzi (Martin). He is also survived by great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Boniface Church.
