He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Hacker Bowman of Cincinnati; his son Wyatt Adam Cook of Fairfield; his grandfather Hargis Hacker of Burnside, KY; his uncles, Kimberly McFarland of Cincinnati, Brenda Hacker, Randy Hacker of Burnside, KY, Debbie Meister, Dave Meister of Harrison and Jerry Belew of Rising Sun, IN; and his cousins, Amy Hacker, Wayne Hacker, Haley, Kash, Dean, Eli, Isabelle, Shaun Riedman, Sommer Riedman, Morgann Wright, Ginger Hacker, Donovan Baston, Maggie Stevens and James Stevens.
