She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Simpson (Ed) and Mary Simpson (Pate); and her sisters, Barbara Simpson and Bonnie Watkins (Simpson). She is survived by: her husband Rick Pennekamp; her children, Eric (Perry), Erin (Nathan) and Ryan (Jessica); her siblings, Mike Simpson (Lori) and Mary Ann Junewick (Walt); her siblings-in-law, Lynn, Sharon, Mark (Dawn) and Beth (John); and her grandchildren, Dylan, Presley, Jameson, Charlotte and Roman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Radel Funeral Home (650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Saint Teresa of Avila Catholic Church (1175 Overlook Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
