He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Engel and Alice Engel; and his wives, Phyllis and Angela "Angel". He is survived by: his children, Cindy Toney (Joe), Cathy Schutte (Mark) and Donnie Engel, Jr. (Cassie); his grandchildren, Joe Toney, Jr., Tammi Waite (Chris), Jenny Sexton (Lloyd), Michael Schutte and Jake Schutte; his stepchildren, Paul Toney (Wendy), Joe Toney (Fawn), Kathy Cross (Johnny) and Todd Toney (April); and his stepgrandchildren, Issac, Andrew, Leah Toney, Joseph "Sonny" Toney, Zachary Aulbach (Laurie), Miranda Bellman (Jimmy), Dustin Dilbeck (Angel), Danielle Dilbeck (Christian Alfano), Alicia McGuire (Robert), Austin Dilbeck, Tristian Roberts, Michael Anderson and Ryan Anderson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the New Haven Cemetery.
