She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Galas and Bernice Galas; her husband Jack L. Carlisle; and her brother Joseph Galas. She is survived by: her children, Barry Carlisle (Adrienne), Joseph Carlisle (Janet) and Roni Seabury; and her sister Helen Witkowski. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, as well as by many other friends and family.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery (686 Mt Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245).
