She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Prater and Virgie Nickell Prater; her son Michael Duane Polley; and her brother Von Dale Prater. She is survived by: her husband Michael Polley; her daughter Jennifer Hunseder (Jon); her grandchildren, Dhani Michael and Leo Joseph Hunseder; and her sisters, Eleen Smalley (Wayne) and Vicky Hayslip (John).
