He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Burks, Gloria Rohrkasse and Louis Rohrkasse; and his aunt Lynn Swoboda. He is survived by: his daughter Kiara Burks; his parents, Tim Burks and Judy Burks; his siblings, Danny Burks, Michael Burks, Chip Burks, Joey Burks, Julie Nesbitt (Brandon) and Lisa Burks; and his grandmother Marie Burks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.
