He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Ray Stapleton; his brother David Ray Stapleton; his nephew Bradley Scott Monk; and his stepfather Ronald Dean Sizemore. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Ann Sizemore (Farmer); his stepmother Joan Stapleton; his sisters, Diana Monk (Scott), Denise Stapleton (Nick Stokas) and Michelle Monk (Barry); his children, Shane Stapleton and Paige Stapleton (Adam Davis); his grandchildren, Levi and Lane Davis; his nieces and nephews, Brittany Monk (Richard Reynoso), Justin Stapleton (Nicole), Leea Monk (Coty Whiting), Tyler Duggan, Jessica Stokas and Jenna Monk; and his former wife Bridgette Hartung.
A reception will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home (2880 Boudinot Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
