She was predeceased by: her husband Maynard Paul Gay; her parents, Bentley Combs and Margaret Combs; her siblings, Lee, Ernest, Clarence, Ruth and Martha Combs; her nephew Michael Combs; her niece Sheila Combs; and her friend Ronnie Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gay (Monica) and Sandy Levingston (Marty); her siblings, Bill Combs, Jerry Combs (Anna) and Wilhemenia Richie (Owen); her grandchildren, Katarina Kemner, Sie McNally (Emily), Annie Taylor (Shane), Jordan McNally and John Mychal McNally (Tara); her nephews, Donald "Little Donny" Combs, Bill Combs, Jean Combs and Sattice Combs; her niece Michelle Combs; her sons, Rick Toms, Greg Jones, Vince Spaulding and Charles Tye; her friend Vicky Mitchell; and her pet Chloe.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home- Norwood (5501 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45212). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
