He is survived by: his parents, Michael Kennedy and Deirdre Kennedy; and his siblings, Max and Finn. He is also survived by two grandmothers, eleven aunts and uncles and twelve cousins.

A reception was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home (5950 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230). During the pandemic he decided to teach himself how to play the piano and systematically worked through instruction books until he could play some of his favorite songs by ear.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.

“I just want to say how deeply saddened the students of BGSU are. I had a class with Cole last semester, and we are in a class together now. We have our final as a group project. The project consists of Jaiden, Logan, Cole, and me, Audrey. Over this semester sitting together three days a week our group has gotten close. It hurts all of us to see his empty chair. He was such a smart (always helped me when I was lost) and funny young man (a charmer too!) Our hearts go out to your family.”
