Clifford left this world on March 20, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Melanie E. Gilb. He is survived by: his children, Amy Sahlen (Joe), Becky VanDiver (Bo), Jenny Gilb, Karen McGinn (Joe), Clifford J. Gilb III (Kristina), Don Gilb (Christy), Susan Tabor (Roger), Tim Day, Rick Day (Wanda), Jeni Williams (Tony) and Paula Phillips (Rick); and his friend Joann Blasing. He is also survived by 29 loving grandchildren, 49 cherished great-grandchildren and 1 precious great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Veronica Catholic Church (4473 Mt Carmel Tobasco Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A Mass was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are greatly appreciated.
