He is survived by: his wife Renee Rogers Phillips; his children, Josh and Karissa Phillips; his mother Diana Phillips; his sister Jennifer Phillips of Ripley, OH; his mother-in-law Donna Rogers of Cincinnati, OH; his father James Phillips; and his father-in-law Bill Rogers.
