She was predeceased by: her grandchild Justin; and her parent Charmaine Rothweiler. She is survived by: her wife James Hensley; her children, Jim Hensley (Michelle), Brian Hensley, Dave Hensley (Jakki) and Kevin Hensley (Carmen); her grandchildren, Jessie, Holden, Jacob, Olivia, Adrianne and Dara; her great grandchild Kadyn; her parent Richard Rothweiler; and her siblings, Rick, Darlene, Den, Renee and Eric. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
