Sharon Finke wrote a sympathy message

“Some things were missing from the obituary. Bob was a proud WWII veteran in the Army stationed in Berlin. At W-S he received the President’s Trophy for taking a failing District and making it #1 in the co. His stories were legendary. He remembered names of people back to his days in school. I told him these stories needed to be preserved and encouraged him to write a book, which he was in the process of doing at his death. We went to Sonoma and he cherished flying in a P-51. Love You Bob”
