Charlene Alice Harper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Alice Harper (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on March 25, 2018 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sibling Ray Morgan; her stepson Rodney Harper; and her parents, LeRoy Morgan and Beatrice Morgan. She is survived by: her spouse Bill Harper; her children, Kathleen Neumaier and Mark Hess (Barbara); her grandmother Gina Justice; her great grandchildren, Armanti Justice-Payne, Gage Neumaier and Brayden Neumaier; her siblings, Jack Morgan, Betty Spraul (John), Joe Morgan and Mary Ann Tygrett; her sibling-in-law Lucille Morgan; and also, Sara Neumaier, Chole Hess, Hannah Hess and Noah Hess. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
