She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin (Carolyn Zesch) and Caryl. She is survived by: her son Michael McVaugh; her daughter-in-law Meg; her granddaughter Kaetlin; and her grandson-in-law T. W. Schleich.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Queen City Hospice or the Scratching Post in Caryl's memory, honoring the kindness and compassion she exemplified throughout her life.
