She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Douglass and Mildred Kelly Douglass; and her brother Robert Douglass. She is survived by: her husband Fred C. Matthews Jr.; her children, Melissa Gallagher of Cincinnati, Melanie Powers (Dan) of West Chester and Douglass Matthews (Blanka) of Prague; and her grandchildren, Colin Gallagher, Cara Gallagher, Mitchell Powers, Martin Powers and Nathan Matthews. She is also survived by four nieces; and one nephew.
