With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carolyn Alice Cook (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 17, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Montgomery and Edna Montgomery; her husband Jack R. Cook; her son Gary Cook; her daughter-in-law Darlene Cook; her great grandchild Logan Hesselbrock; her granddaughter Geff Garnett; and her parents-in-law, Louis Cook (Dude) and Irene Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Jack S. Cook (Carol M.), Don Cook (late Darlene), Sandy Bulach (Dave), Bobby Cook (Kimberly) and Brandy Tallent (Steven); her grandchildren, Jack A. Cook (Rosalinda), Bobby B. Cook (Celia), Michelle Hesselbrock (Jon), Heather (late Geff), Michael Bulach (Rachel Bowling), Stephanie Bolender (Casey), Joshua Cook (Dana), Matthew Cook (Brittany), Scotty Cook (Kyra), Lane Tallent and Travis Tallent; and her great grandchildren, Michael J. Cook, Jack S. Cook, Jacob Hesselbrock, Landon Hesselbrock, Luke Garnett, Owen Garnett, Allie Garnett, Nathan Brandenburg, Trevin Brandenburg, Clayton Brandenburg, Blaze Cook, Ryker Cook, Casen Bolender, Braven Bolender, Renley Cook, Henry Cook and Ryder Bulach.
