Candice Cook Obituary

She was predeceased by: her sibling Linda Huber. She is survived by: her spouse Keith Cook; her children, Briana Smith (Anthony) and Joshua Cook (Melanie); her grandchildren, Tanner Shands, Bryce Smith, Reece Smith, Regan Smith, Kylah Cook, Braylon Cook and Alexis Leach; and her siblings, Gary Huber (Pat), Terry Huber, Alan Huber (Donna), Otto Huber (Terri) and Lisa Oliverio (Marco). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Candy may be directed to Loveland Firefighters Association, PO Box 925, Loveland, OH 45140.
