He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Carnahan; his children, Briana Axt, Kori Bright (Beezer) and Ryan Craven (Meagan); and his brothers, Patrick Axt (Roxie), Paul Axt (Tina) and Kevin Axt (Jenny). He is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
