He was predeceased by: his parents, Major Allen and Lora Allen (Thomas); and his wife Vivian Allen (Bussell). He is survived by: his children, Belinda Jones, Anthony Allen (Linda), Billy Allen, Karen Allen, Wesley Allen (Rose), Ray Dean Allen (Leslye), Daniel Allen and Shelby Allen. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neidhard Young Funeral Home (7401 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens (2145 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Billy's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati.
