He is survived by: his parents, Richard Cooke of Sonora, Kentucky and Robin Strange Cooke of Batavia, Ohio; his siblings, Michelle Sanantonio of San Diego, California and Christopher Cooke of Houston, Texas; his friend Gary Wilburn Jr. of Batavia, Ohio.; his nephews, Collin Hill, Mikala, Micah and Aiden Sanantonio; and his niece Kynslee Cooke.
