She is survived by: her husband David Toney; her children, Matthew Toney (Jennifer), Christopher Toney (Leah) and Michelle Caudill; her grandchildren, Ethan, Eli, Abel, Belle and William Toney; her great grandchildren, Evander, Eston and Amelia; and her sister Terry Adkins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society and/or the ASPCA in honor of Barbara's diagnosis and passion for pets.
