Balnche was predeceased by: spouse Edward B. Harris, Sr.. Balnche is survived by: children, Edward B. Harris, Jr. (Karen), Stephen (Susan) and Judy C. Harris. Balnche is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to the School for Creating and Performing Arts or the American Heart Association.
