He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Marguerite Edgeworth and Andrew J. Fogarty; his wife Rosemary Massarella; his children, Patti McElroy (Joe), Cathy Busemeyer (Dan), Andy Fogarty (Denise) and Tom Fogarty (Christy); and his grandchildren, Bridget, Joe (Sarah), Sean McElroy, Tom, Maura Busemeyer, Andrew, Meaghan Fogarty, Ryan and Tyler Fogarty.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calendar St John Fisher Church (3227 Church St, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, July 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Calendar St. John Fisher Church (3227 Church St, Cincinnati, OH 45244).
