She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Radel and Minnie Radel (Stehr); her husband William "Bill" Merckel; and her brothers, Howard Allison and Fred Radel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Morell and Barbara Butz; her sister Vera Widmer; her granddaughters, Jeannette Setter (David) and Joy Delker (Dean); and her great grandchildren, Jackson Setter, Avery Delker and Logan Delker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home (10211 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (10209 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241).
