He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Dilz and Albert Dilz Sr.; and his son-in-law James Burley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dilz of Columbiana, Ohio; his children, Pamela Burley, Paula Burton (Michael Burton), Barbara Kiley (Christopher Kiley), Julie Shirah (Clifford Shirah), James Dilz (Gay Dilz) and Albert "Guy" Dilz III (Elisabeth Dilz); his grandchildren, Laura Burley, Kristina Zellner (Stephen Zellner), Carolyn Noble (Timothy Noble), Catie Marks Griggs (Benjamin Griggs), Lindsay Curry (Thomas Curry), Elizabeth Velleca (Noah Velleca), Maria Kiley, Sarah Dilz, Michael Burton Jr., Tyler Burton (Jennie Burton), Jimmy Dilz (Lily Dilz), Christopher Kiley Jr., Clifford Shirah (Will), Matthew Shirah and Thomas Dilz; and his great grandchildren, Alaina Zellner, Ava Zellner, Hannah Burton, Elliott Najarian, William Griggs and Shepard Griggs.
A committal service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
