He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Mitchell and Ruth Mitchell (Allen); his brother Ronald Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Chuck Williams. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Mitchell (Williams) of Christiansburg; his daughters, Ali Good (Jeff) of Enon and Heather Goins (Christopher) of Troy; his brother Philip Mitchell (Shannon) of Trotwood; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Mitchell of DeGraff and Christine Price (David) of Piqua; his grandchildren, Clyde Thompson, Jr., Dylan Cross, Haley Thompson, Emelia, Waylon and Parker Goins; his great grandchildren, Greyson and Elijah Thompson; his parents-in-law, Phyllis Iddings of New Carlisle and Fred Williams (Bonnie) of Ned, KY; and his friend Wes Dent of Roswell, NM. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; several cousins.
