He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Kendell and Mary Louise Kendell (Ardinger); his wife Sharon J. Kendell; and his brother Scott Kendell. He is survived by: his children, Anthony E. Kendell, Lori Cross (David) and Mary Renee Cox; his grandchildren, Jordan Andrew Kendell (Ali), Megan Richelle Kendell, Bethany Anne Cross Howard (Samuel), Braden Kendell Cross (Olivia), Benjamin Michael Cross (Krista), Kendell Wayne Cox and Lannah Cameron Cox; his great grandchildren, Payton, Rylee, Jackson, Kendelle, Mackenzie, Lincoln, Madelynn and Malachi; and his siblings, Kevin Kendell (Debbie), Greg Kendell and Vicki Eberhart (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 960 Children's Home Road, Urbana, OH 43078.
