He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Mary Williams (Green); his former wife Delphia Ferguson; his sons, Robert Wayne and Wallace Henry Williams; his grandson Chris Williams; and his siblings, Darrell, Curtis, Robert, Junior and Blanche Gilliam.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Ferguson (Earlywine); his children, Wendall Williams (Beth) of Germantown, KY, Vernon Williams (Susie) of Bristol, TN, Harold Williams (Joyce) of Bradford, OH and Ricky Williams (Connie) of Perrysburg, OH.; and his sister Beula Gray (Anne Little) of Lebanon, OH. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
