He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tim O'Toole (Erin) of North Royalton and Jennifer Sublett (Dan) of Wadsworth; and his grandchildren, Tatum, Finley, Liam O'Toole, Julia, Claire and Aubree Sublett.
