He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Byus, Charlie Byus and Mary Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Byus; his children, Curtis Byus, Brandon Byus (Rhonda), Evan, Madison, Gracie and Rylie; and his siblings, Curt Byus, Drexel Byus, Becky Yates and Ruth DeVaney.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Felicity Cemetery (700 Elm St, Felicity, OH 45120).
