It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Rowe of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley O. Williams and Viola Whitten Williams; and her husband Richard E. Rowe. She is survived by: her son Gary Richard; her daughter-in-law Lee Rowe of Chillicothe; her daughter Janet E.; her son-in-law Josh Conkel of Piketon; her grandchildren, Penny Baker, Tiffany Cornett (Ryan), Gary R. Rowe, Jr. (Tracy) and Cody A. Rowe (Sara); her great grandchildren, Kalynn Baker, Austin Lowman, Courtney Cornett, Ella Cornett, Olivia Ann Rowe and Cole Cornett; and her great great grandchild Brigham Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; and many loyal friends.
