He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tackett and Ruchie Tackett; and his close friend Rocky. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tackett (Follrod); his children, Bobby Hippen (Pam) of Columbus, Kimberly Johnson (Rod), Melissa Hanes (Jeff) of Chillicothe and Jason Tackett (Melanie) of Midway; his grandchildren, Kasey, McKenzie, Ryann, Jessica and Heidi; and his brother Emory Tackett (Sis).
