He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Perkins and Catherine L. Perkins (Payne); and his brother Myron R. Perkins. He is survived by: his brother David A. Perkins of Chillicothe; his children, Brian Perkins of Colorado Springs, Ebony Perkins of Chillicothe and Nicole Perkins of Chillicothe; and his grandson Dezmond Perkins of Colorado Springs. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
