With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William D. Oyer of Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Leon C. Oyer; his daughter Carolyn A. Proehl; and his siblings, Marilyn Sheets, Forrest and Russell Oyer.
He is survived by: his daughter Deanna; his son-in-law Roy Malone of Chillicothe; his granddaughters, Amy Blair, Kimberly Smallridge (Blake) and Michelle Proehl; his great grandchildren, Wade Blair (Jacqueline), Erika Shepherd and Abbi Malone; his great great grandchild Allen Shepherd; and his siblings, Jim B. Oyer of Chillicothe and Helen Borland of Tennessee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
