He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Miller and Elizabeth Detty Miller; his former wife Phyllis Rupert; his wife Janet E Ratliff Bethel; his brother James; his sister-in-law Esther Miller; his siblings, Larry Miller and Janice Miller; and his brother-in-law Gerald True.
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Miller of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Julie Woods of Chillicothe, Douglas Bethel of Chillicothe and Jason Bethel of Chillicothe; his grandsons, Brice Miller and Logan Ritchhart; his sister Bonnie True of Texas; and his sister-in-law Sharon Miller of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
